If present close hook and loop fastener, machine wash cold permanent press, powdered detergent, rinse thoroughly, wash separately, do not bleach, tumble dry permanent pess low, iron low, do not use fabric softener, if present do not iron decal, do not dryclean.

M size = ~5'7", 135 lbs(9.6 stones)

L size = ~5'9", 155 lbs(10.8 stones)

XL size = ~5'11", 175 lbs(12.4 stones)

XXL size = ~6'1", 195 lbs(13.6 stones)
